I still have a hard time believing that Brittany Murphy and Robin Williams have passed away, I mean, they're such great artists and yet they're no longer alive. Williams reportedly had his share of depressing moments but Brittany? Her death just doesn't make much sense and I hate that she's dead!
I know, I know. These two people didn't mean much to me in real life but as artists they were spectacular and so it still saddens me they're no longer around to make shows or movies. -

I feel the same way.. I just happened to catch Don't Say A Word and I'm still fascinated by Brittany. She could have soared so high, seems like her career was just starting. Her death is beyond comprehension. Makes me very sad. She is gone, but definitely not forgotten.

I can't grasp about both of their deaths either. Even though I didn't know them. I feel you can still have a connection with someone even if you haven't met them. They both had an infectious uplifting personalities and that affected many people.

Robin Williams was old, so thats not hard for me to understand.
But Brittany Murphy ? She was really young. And her death is not only a little bit mysterious.

I'm watching the new lifetime movie about her right now. I agree about Robin & Brittany, but I'm sad for different reasons for both. Robin's death was tragic and terribly sad but it did remove stigma about depression and made it public. There was a turning point after his death with mental health awareness. MJ, Whitney, and Prince are tragic as well. But they had great careers and it's sad they are gone but will never be forgotten. Brittany and Heath were just so young. They had so much more to give to the world. Their deaths are truly tragic. I thought Britt was an amazing actress and she was a rising star. I believe she would have done so much more. Eventually earning herself awards etc.
Some of you rude people should really check yourselves. It's not nice to speak ill of the dead. -

I love how you descibed Brittany as "A Rising Star" that's so heartwarming to read. If Brittany was still alive today, she'd for sure be one of the best actresses and could have been a role model for many young girls too.
Her death is still a mystery because her husband died the same way. It's not very believable to think he wanted to go out the same way as Brittany did (whether she died on her own or was murdered). -

I know I was just reading somebody else bios and she was mentioned.. and now I'b68m crying.
It feels stupid that I'm so touched by her dead but, her face, her personality touched me so much.. she was an amazing actress
I loved her acting, the characters she played. -

I thought she was very weird. The first movie I saw her in was one of the Prophecy sequels but I love Cherry Falls. I miss her. RIP
