Funny no one mentions Happy Feet. One of my favorites, even though it was just her voice, I knew her best for her role as Gloria. She had an awesome voice.

well just look at the new pointless pam and tommy movie on hulu. and the new reality show tv show about dirty dancing. they will make a movie about anything. in fact they will actually remake a movie like dirty dancing into a completely different entity a realty show bc that is how much they've run out of ideas and originality in hollywood.

Who exactly is "they"? There is lots of creativity out there, but it's not being used in favor of lamer and lamer remakes because the corporations that have taken over entertainment know no matter how terrible they are remakes are a sure moneymaker.Creativity is risk.
