Where's her kid?

You don't have to want or even have your kid on the show to at least make mention of the child in conversation etc. As I stated before she is a mom and the show is supposed to be about her family hence the title.

Tamara, i also found it VERY ODD that they didn't mention her daughter.
It didn't dawn on me until she said something about she loves hanging out with her crew more than anything else I was like "um, what about your DAUGHTER!!!!"
and I agree with you.
I would understand if she didn't want her child on the show but if she could say something like that, she could at least mention her child.
I also found it odd, but less odd, that they didn't mention anything about her career-killing motor accident or the fact that she DID fire her mom as her manager in 2004. or the fact that her last album DID have a ballad on it.
I enjoyed the show, but that stuff is really fishy.

I'm with the 2nd post that Brandy doesn't have to have her kid on the show. Not everyone have to have their kids involved on the show. Then I agree with everyon else that she could have mentioned her here and there or said she is with the father for now or something. I guess it is none of our business they don't need to let us know every thing.

Thanks dlese16 I knew I couldn't be the only one going WTF about that comment she made about hanging out with her crew being the most important thing to her and nothing else she'd rather do BS (at 31 puleez, girl grow up ) and you're right about her avoiding the other elephants in the room as well. Maybe that's the plot for future episodes, LOL & (eyes rolling)
@ blaq108 you're right she doesn't have to let us in on everything God knows I'm not looking for her to be Whitney and Bobby or even Jon and Kate but what she is letting us know is that everything else in her life that she is showing us is far more important to her than that kid and right off the bat at that, while she didn't say it directly it is most definitely implied by her comments and lack thereof and that's a bit shocking.
I mean let's be real the whole point of these celeb shows is image building/improving and brandability if that's even a word and I'm sorry if you're trying to build your image or in Brandy's case rebuild/improve the last thing you want to do is let on that you don't give a flip about your own family especially on a show that is ABOUT your family. JMHO though. I agree if you don't want it on the show then don't show it, but don't expect people not to be curious wonder what's up with that either.

I watched the show and it was like Brandy wanted to be likeable. Also, it seems like the hit and run didn't happen. Almost like we were supposed to forget? The same thing happened with Halle Berry, it didn't tarnish her career but they way Hollywood looks at her is like she's a goddess. All these other actors who've had stints in "rehab", are we supposed to forget?
Brandy killed someone and we're supposed to like her again because she has a show with her little obnoxious spoiled brat brother? -

I came on here to post the same question. I just saw the first 2 episodes and I thought to myselfWhere the hell is yo' child? She has the right not to include her in the show, but I hope she mentions her name before the finale.

She posted a "video" of her daughter singing once on twitter, but it turned out to just be her singing autotuned! Plus the video didn't even show her daughter for whatever reason. I don't know why she wants to convince people she has a kid but she'll do whatever to try to seem relevant.
Search "The Brandy Curse" on google and you'll know what I mean lol -
