She stated on the Tara Banks show she plans to tour but the last one I can remember is after she released her Never Say Never album where she ended up cancelling many shows before the tour ended. Lets hope she can complete one this time.

You have to have a succesful album to go on tour. No company is going to put money into a tour if they aren't sure that they will reap the benefits. If no one is buying a 12.99 album, its very hard to believe that people will go out and buy a 75 dollar concert ticket. That's the reason alot of acts don't tour. Its a complete parallel to the album sales.

there are many acts that are not successful that tour. the difference is that they are doing smaller venues which is the key. The key is convincing these has been artists that they are not relevant enough right now to sell out arenas and big venues
This yr K-ci and jojo toured australia and they are a one hit wonder. Brandy is much more successful than k-ci and jo jo. their only song that made it big was "All my life" Yet they had promoters buying them a plane ticket to australia and touring australia. all the other side of the world from you USA peeps which is much more costlier than touring locally.
Also Boys 2 men toured australia 2 yrs ago and they also came back earlier this yr to australia and i think last boys 2 men hit was in the 90's. 😞
Both K-ci and jojo and boys 2 men were doing small venues. K-ci and jojo was doing venues where it only held under 1000 people.. The were doing more club venues.
Boys to men were doing a little larger venues than k-ci and jojo but they were still considered very small venues.
