She gave the kids a home, but like most celebs, pushed the envelope. Adopting one would have been enough. It’s the same with biological breeding, show restraint. Sibling rivalry for attention also gets created.

I wouldn't place a generous aspect on raising children, as though it is something you are supposed to do as a human. That is just the breeder projection from their own selfishness and ignorance.
You are generous in very many other ways. You look after animals. Raising children is an even BIGGER responsibility, one that is often neglected and undermined.

Authorities can only do so much, or assist in a limited number of cases. Even then it could be superficial at best.
If people do the right thing to begin with, there would be no need to call authorities. Since they don't, the vicious circle will continue until the human race wakes up and grows up.

They may not though. Its not right to pawn off and burden other family members, they will have their own hands full and could well be worse than the biological parents.
This is why breeding needs to be curtailed to a select few who pass empathy and IQ tests and are fiscally well off.
