She has been a brunette everywhere, I believe.
You should check "Anno Domini". I don't remember the names of her movies, but they are in her filmography.

In the (Poop)case Cinema review of Leviathan(1989), they jokingly call Amanda 1908Pays a "posh English bird". In the 1990's, I grew up watching Pays in the Flash TV show. The Flash is based on the DC Comics character. In the show, she played Dr. Tina McGee.
