Christ I just saw Ryan Reynolds in the grocery store

I saw Keanu at a grocery store in Los Angeles a few years ago. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

He does have a quirky sense of humor.A guy I work with has a daughter who does professional make up for major Disney movies and others and said to her dad ,that surprisingly a lot of actors and actresses are very friendly and humble. Brad Pitt would hang out with the crew on lunch breaks and such.

Lol do you think he was being a dick? I just nodded at Ryan and he nodded back, he was on his phone, with his voice low, but im positive it was Reynolds,it also sounded like him. He is probably as down to earth as they come,he was born in Vancouver but also lived in the boonies of back woods Ontario I believe.

When I met Sam Elliot, he was like that. Hat down low and quiet voice. Once he talked to me I knew who he was and he just winked and went along his merry way. I didn't bother him either, they are people and deserve the privacy.

Elliot owns a home around here so he is more of a local to alot of people. I have only ran into him the once. He was a gentlman and opened my car door! I am convinced it was a thanks for not calling attention to him

When I was 6, I was in Hawaii with my parents and JP Patches was doing shows at the Holiday in, apparently I was bugging him to much lol and he polity told my parents to calm me down.
