The picture was PHOTOSHOPPED by Sara Hetel, who has since deleted her account.
It looked suspicious and you can clearly see brown curly hair on Ed's cheek, so the hack job wasn't even done well.
What a pathetic loser Rimes is.
If this latest lie of madness doesn't land her in a psych ward, then I don't know what to say.
