I have that too. How do you deal with it? Are you bothered by post-nasal drip and throat congestion as well?

Air purifier would help if it’s due to allergens. However it would worsen it if the cause of the congestion is dryness, which would make mucus unable to break up and become congested in nose.
Patrick I have an IQ Air pro which costs $1,000 and creates medical grade air. It will help but you want to get a hydrometer because that will also matter

I'm trying to find a solution as well. Ugh, it's so irritating! For now, I drink lots of water and use a humidifier to keep my sinuses from drying out.
The Carver College of Medicine has a good throat gargle that a speech therapist recommended to me a while back when I lost my voice. The mixture consists of:
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tbsp Karo syrup with 6 oz warm water
Gargle for two minutes until the solution is gone, and then wait for 15 minutes before eating or drinking.
This helps with throat congestion by loosening up any thick mucus and keeps the vocal cords moisturized.
