I like Holly. You guys are sexist - if she were a man, we wouldn't be making these comments.The fact is that Cyndi and Sharon were disrespectful to HER - after all, didn't Holly let Cyndi give layering to her voice?

and Holly complained about Cyndi wanting to sing and then when she heard the final product she shut her mouth cause it was 10 times better.
and as for Cyndi direspecting Holly? when was that.
All i remember is holly acting like a child in 6th grade talking crap about cyndi with summer and scottie in the van and then completely ignoring cyndi when she called to see if she could do anything. -

I am a woman and i am making this comment. I used to actually like her. But she is being a real B on the apprentice. Cyndi did nothing to her and she was rude and immature. Holly let Cyndi? It's a team effort.

And also a hypocrit. It is funny how when she does EVERYTHING on a task she is ok, but when Cyndi Lauper does the same thing the following week to her she whines and whines and whines. She actually tried to sing the jingle because she thought she was better than Cyndi at itwhat a joke. -

I am very angry at her for being so horrible to Cyndi Lauper. Yes, Cyndi is aloof but you know what? She has every right to be. She is a legendary artist, a pop icon while Holly is a middling TV actress. It's like a Queen versus a peasant, and they're in a competition where they have to beat each other. Even if the peasant is stronger at the competition, she should always show respect to the Queen. Holly seems like a good and well organized person but the disrespect she showed Cyndi on The Apprentice lacks any class whatsoever. Also, all her attacks against Cyndi are because Holly can't stand not being the one controlling things. Cyndi gives orders and she whines and whines about how she doesn't listen. But when she gives the same type of orders, her team members are difficult if they don't accept it hat in hand. And who's she to think her leadership style is better? Cyndi has a career that eclipses hers so I'd go with Cyndi's leadership style any day of the week. But it's like they say. If you're not successful at your chosen career, then you have more energy in the next thing you do. She showed that in the board room where she twisted the situation with her Machivellian words to get Cyndi fired.
Unfortunately because of Holly's behavior on The Apprentice I would not donate to her charity. -

I haven't seen these eps yet, my country is behind. I just know that women love to be bitchy. Real life women, and especially internet forums women.
One thing that irritates me about imdb boards it's the "looks like" topics. Never even close. -

Just one point to make. Women can be sexist against other women. I find at times women are harder on other women then anybody. We our own worst enemy. Sometimes woman see things through man's eyes who are sexist and they carry on how they believe and think. So I am not commenting if a someone in this thread is sexist. But it is a very fool-hearty defense to say a women cannot be sexist against other women. Some of the biggest fighters against women rights are women and that is how and why we will never have equity because of women who are sexist and give credence to the men who want to keep us down 5b4by supporting their beliefs.

Maybe it's because it's her board this forum is on, and this topic is directly about Holly? Jesus, and you think she's perfect and nice on the show? Well you need to get your eyes checked and stop letting your affection for her get in the way of her true actions.

I just want to say this. My problem with Holly has nothing to do with color. My issue was and is, she has control issues. She keeps everything so controlled that at times, she sacrifices creativity. As a mother with an autistic child, this likely stems from the need to keep an absolute control over scheduling and the conditions in the home. But this has had a negative impact on her overall career and she has worked more low key projects. She is a decent actress, but I think she has always had some issues with the creativity. That is why Johnny Depp was able to overshadow her and went on to major stardom. He took chances and was never concerned with holding himself back.
Now as a business woman, I am sure she does a solid job. But this show was about bringing the star treatment and she had issues with letting go. Cyndi needed reigning in, she has a fine business sense but when time is of an essence, she is not effective. Sharon is absolutely awesome and bold as brass and you will never wonder where you stand with her, I respect that. Holly was right when Cyndi was barking at the staff in remodel assignment, Cyndi was rude. But maybe there is a way to say that and not spread the rudeness on.
In the end, Holly could not even bring it when talking about her son and being autistic. It is hard to connect with someone who is reading notes when talking about her personal experience. Holly, honey, put the notes down and speak from the heart- the way bret did.
No hate, but she has issues and it is the hallmark of why she is not a better actress. -

What bothered me about her this season on the Celebrity Apprentice was that she had no problem turn-coating on people. What I was witnessing was someone who would take the rug right out from under someone else if she thought it would benefit her.
In the business world, you need to be aggressive, but I have watched my mom do business for thirty years. Integrity is non-paralleled among peers. If you do a project with someone, and then that person makes a point of putting herself ahead of you in the boardroom at any cost, it reduces moral all around.
She has aged well, though. I have to say, she looks wonderful.
The gene pool could5b4 use a little chlorine
