Insiders at the CBS chatfest 'The Talk' say Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini have been dropped from the show and won't be returning for the second season premiere on September 6. Insiders blame Julie Chen's queen bee attitude, and the fact that she pressured husband Les Moonves to get rid of the two.
Sharon Osbourne announced last month that she won't be returning either, citing a 'long hiatus' from the show to spend more time with her family.

I can see getting rid of Remini because she's just so in-your-face and LOUD, but I don't understand them getting rid of Peete. I thought that she brought a down-to-earth realness to the show. Sarah Gilbert, on the other hand has the personality of a wet mop, but
she
gets to stay? I know she co-created the show and all, but she's really not that interesting. Everyone else over-shadows her on the show.

If you thought Leah was loud Sheryl Underwood makes her look rather demure and quiet. I'm surprised they fired Holly and Leah, Sharon Osborne left for personal reasons of her own.
It's probably not a good idea to work with the wife of your boss.

Are you happy about this tragic problem. I do not fill that the program should have dropped them. Leah and Holly were very good on the show. I think that Julie's husband should have been a better person and tell Julie to watch the rating with Leah and Holly not on the show. They gave the spark the show needed.
