This show was the first (and last) thing that brought Rhonda to my attention, in junior high i couldn't wait until friday nights, and then after a few years friday and saturday nights ( or was it the reverse?),to see her and those movies they where the closes thing i had to porn at that time, but i didn't watch it that long maybe for about a year or two, then i had some finacial trouble so my cable got cut off for a while, then i forgot about the show until i saw Rhonda a few months ago in a old HBO One- night Stand, re-run i was suprised when i looked on this site and saw it went off the air in 98, and started in 1986! because i used to watch it in the early 90s, i used to hate when gilbert godfried used to host, he was funny but wasn't sexy.

I was a major fan of USA UP ALL NIGHT and started to watch the show back in the late 80's until the show went off the air on the weekends. I remember seeing Caroline Schlitt who was on there before Rhonda Shear was.
I loved the movies that they showed on there. I mainly watched it due to the women that were in the movies. WOW They were all smoking hot to watch and see! I thought that I would let you guys all know there is a petition to bring this show back onto the weekends again.
When I signed this petition in August of this year I was #46 on the petition. Now there is 508 signatures on the petition and almost hitting our first 1000 signatures for the petition! I would love to see Rhonda Shear and Gilbert Gottfried on there again! Here is the petition for you guys to let you family and friends know about for them to sign as well!

Thanks again!

Yeah she seems like a great person because I am a part of the Rhonda Shear Fanatics group on Yahoo. She is very happy with what I am trying to do and get back on again on the weekends which is USA UP ALL NIGHT!
I emailed last week USA Network and they did not respond back to me at all. Right now the petition is over 4000 signatures and is still growing!

The thing is that you and everybody else wants to watch or bend to what the other networks want to show and we cannot let them get away with what they want to you know. We should have the right to watch what we want on a station or network you know. Maybe due to them pullin USA UP ALL NIGHT off the air you have become use to mainstream shows and that could be the reason as well. I do not care because I am going to fight to get back what I love and like and many other people who hab68ve emailed me as well! I am not going to let ABC, NBC, CBS, or any other network do what they want to do because they think people will like watching the same things over and over again that they can see on a mainstream network you know. So I am not going to give up and nor is Rhonda Shear either. So if you think it is too wild for you to watch anymore or for anyone else the best thing I can tell them to do is change the channel if they do not like it! That is what burns me up is some of these people and young executives have ruined it for us fans. It gets to where we cannot watch our favorite shows or movies anymore at all you know.

The thing is I do not like all of the mainstream shows and programs that they have on either! I am not going to give up on trying to get this back on again and I have emailed even SPIKE TV about putting a show like USA UP ALL NIGHT but never heard a comment back from them either. Rhonda Shear is interested in coming back to do USA UP ALL NIGHT because she has mentioned some good ideas that her and Gilbert Gottfried would like to do if the show was brought back again from what she told me. She has mentioned like a reality show about themselves. Well at the time I did not have internet access and when I did all I was using back when USA UP ALL NIGHT was removed from the USA Network programming line up was a WEBTV. Now I do have a computer and the petition is growing and I do intend to give it some attention when the petition grows large enough for the attention of the local newspapers and TV stations to help get people to sign and complain to the USA Network! It will have people wanting a show like this back on the weekends again. I am going to fight until it is a definat no from the network or possibly some other network would be willing to buy the rights from USA Network to own the rights to USA UP ALL NIGHT! I know it is a shot but you have to fight what you believe in and that is how my parents brought me up to be like! MERRY LATE Christmas to you too and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I remember it very well myself. I watched it less than you did, just a few months, from June to November, 1993. But yes, I did really look foward to Friday nights at 11:00 every week, mainly to see where and in what setting Rhonda'd be in, and her theme that week. And I really did not care about the two movies they showed that night, I just looked so foward to the commercial breaks so I could see her, in her weekly setting, and what she'd do and say. And I even taped on VCR alot of her commercials for about 3 months every Friday night there, then watched them over.
I had never heard of most of the movies that played then, though a few were allright, and I even taped a few scenes from a few. But there was one exception to this, and it was the very first time I taped these commercials. It was on Friday night, August 13, 1993, and because it was Friday the 13th the two movies USA showed were the first two Friday the 13ths. Rhonda claimed to have larangitis that night, and did not speak, but would show the camera cards with her thoughts/comments written on them. And alot dealt with these two movies, both of which I could really get into and understand and like, because I had seen them both often since the early 1980s and knew them so well. And that was also the day that Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday opened, and its trailers/advertisement ran during the commercial breaks of these two movies-it was one of USA UP ALL NIGHT's sponsers that night. I never saw it, simply because I did not go to any movies in theaters that year, and then I never rented it out to watch on our VCR before we moved and I lost this acess in January, 1997. So thus it is the only one of the 11, to date, Friday the 13th movies I've never seen. That'll become 12 on Friday when the remake hits theaters, and I definitely plan to see it a few times. But I've been thinking about the F13th series alot lately because of this, and it also reminded me of Rhonda Shear and this show, and how beautiful I thought she was, and how much I did like watching her those Friday nights, in a different setting/theme every week.

I remember watching USA Up all night a long time ago and I wish it would come back again. I still love B Movies. Everything on USA sucks now other than Burn Notice. At least that stars B movie legend and my favorite actor Bruce Campbell.
