Is the main IMDB picture wrong?

Well, if you're not that "great with faces" how about being a bit more careful and respectful before writing something like this here? I suggest you take a look at all her pictures.
In case you have no idea how: click on her main profile picture and then, above that image, click "Show all."
You'll be able to train your view for faces. All of them show Maura. (Sometimes with other people, so watch out who you memorize!) You might not like how she looks, that's up to you, but it's her face.
For your sake, I hope you're not that superficial to assume somebody is "a dude" when that person has short hair. Besides, the term "Adam's Apple" is mislea5b4ding men's are more prominent, but we all have one.
Lastly, all those official profile images are exactly that: official, submitted either by the actor or an agent. Keep that in mind next time you have an urge to doubt somebody's profile photo. -

Yup, missed that.
But thanks for the praise! Considering what I've encountered here, it wouldn't be beyond people to say something similar about the photo Maura has posted now.
Besides, if somebody assumes anything might be wrong with a profile, it would be best to turn to IMDb if you have an account to make a post here (which no IMDb person reads), you also have the power to simply submit a correction or at least point out the error. Just saying -

You know you really hurled abuse at the original poster - no need for that. Can't we all just get along. And for the record, it is now mid-August and the picture is still incorrect. -

Get over yourself. She looks like crap in the picture. We're supposed to know she has cancer or some other unknown reason she posted that garbage picture? Quit lecturing and get off your b238leeding heart soap box.
And yeah, we are all superficial. You think she gets all her jobs in TV/film because she's a good actress? Looks are the only reason she gets work. Her acting skills are average at best. -

Definitely a dude. It says to use the UPDATE link to make a correction but it was nowhere to be found so I posted the error on their Contributors forums so hopefully they'll fix it.

You have to remember that she had just come through her cancer treatment when this picture was taken. Her hair probably fell out and she probably lost some weight. Chemo isn't a very nice thing. She is probably back to her old self now.
