Michelle is a beautiful, intelligent actress so WHY does she consistently wear her hair with the
incredibly unflattering middle part. She has a roundish face and is perhaps a little overweight for tv and this hairdo just emphasizes her flaws. This bothers me so much because it falls into the category of a person not being able to look at themselves objectively. Also wben I'm watching her, instead of enjoying her performance I'm obsessing about her terrible hair. -

My point was not that she has flaws or that she needs a new hairdo to hide anything.
It's just that after watching her for years on Buffy, I got to appreciate what a good actress she is and I just saw her in a film where in one scene she has this incredible hairdo. But now in every part and in most of her photos she's wearing the middle part with the long strands.
So in my mind this means that she is stubborn and blind when it comes to her own looks. Because most actresses change their look to suit the part, but obviously she must refuse to do this and to me this is very disappointing. -

I think that is quite the logical leap to make the assumption that she is 'obviously stubborn'. Plus her hair in the recent Scribbler movie was different for example:

Thanks for the links. I am surprised, but the last time I saw Michelle was in the two-part criminal mind's episodes. And of course she had the unflattering hairdo in these. But please look at the photos on her page (here). I think you will be surprised.
