Of course you can do a x/10 rating on beauty. The rating is as subjective as beauty is. You might have noticed that different people rate the same person differently because the rating itself is not absolute, it's an opinion.
Beauty isn't entirely subjective though, there are specific traits that the vast majority find more beautiful than others. This becomes evident if you look at how low the spread of peoples opinions on someones beauty is. It's obviously not completely random, some people are objectively more beautiful than others. Beauty is partly in the eye of the beholder but far from completely.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
And i just saw her in Sexy Evil Genius and she is stunning, she looks much prettier now then when i first saw her in Buffy the vampire slayer, also i love her voice, also better then in Buffy. -

It is the differences between her and average Hollywood types which make her so attractive. Plus her eyes are out of this world. Beyond the brilliant color, they look about 50% bigger than most peoples.

Big expressive sky-blue eyes. Full, pillowy lips a million plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills try to duplicate. A face that lights up like a million stars in a million galaxies when she smiles. Long, beautiful, shapely legs that seemingly go for miles. Pert breasts round, not droopy. Skin like that of a fine porcelain doll, smooth and milky, soft (I am guessing here since I've actually never been close enough to touch her.) to the touch. Naturally dark hair that sets off her big blue expressive eyes. Dimples on her cheeks that add expressiveness to her face - that purse along with her lips when she is annoyed, smile along with her mouth when she smiles. Teeth like pearls, white and naturally straight. Dresses tastefully enough to be able to go to the finest clubs and restaurants, but shows just enough skin to tease. Toe peek shoes to add mystery with matching polish on her fingers and toes completes the look, the look that turns heads and attracts photographers and male suitors alike
No, she isn't sexy at all.
