But she was battling an addiction during her run on Ally McBeal. Well documented.

I was really sad to read about the difficulties listed in her bio on this site. (I didn't believe they were true, unless drugs were involved, and now this question)
I was waiting for her to really splash and come into her own and not continue having supporting roles.
She is a beautiful woman, very talented and what I perceived as an underlying resolve.
If she has fallen, I pray she will fight through all the demons and get through it and come back to where she should be.
