No crime, no time.
That being said, he shouldn't have to be in front of a jury if there is nothing to be arrested for and so there can very well be fallout from the public purse if he does get to walk away a free man

Conviction or not his days as public figure are probably just as dead as Bill Cosby's. Guys like Diddy don't usually have enough self control to make their money last either so at least there's that.
