don't get how anyone could call her uglymaybe she was just "cute" back in the day because of how her character dressed but I'm far from surprised she's turned out to be such a knockout. As far as Nicole, I had a crush on her back in the day and thought she was hotter than Pam on Baywatch (Pam was too plastic for my taste) but I think Josie is one of those women who improves with age like a fine wine

No question about it, she's as hot as anyone on TV. Very attractive, very fit; and in her 40s she still rocks a short, tight skirt better than anyone. Does any woman in Hollywood have better legs than Josie? I don't think so! -

Well people thought she was the less attractive one next to Eggert. It's just the way they were cast. With different outfits, makeup, etc., the roles could have easily been reversed. Personally, I always had a bigger crush on her than Nicole. Something about the way she always smiled and was upbeat.
Well damn, did she ever come out ahead! She looks even hotter now than she ever did. Oh and Happy bday!

Where ugly comes from I don't know. The features of her face do make her funny lookin' to me, tho'. 'Just watched Dirty Teacher again and I can't change my opinion. And what's that bulbuous thing out back???
I guess it sorta balances out her cheeks.
Back in her Charles In Charge days these "virtues" (?) weren't so prominent. -
