I met him recently at an autograph session and he was charging $15 for pics / signings. I didn't want anything from him, but a picture to which he took with me, but when I tried to give the money to him, he said don't worry about it. David is a really cool guy!

He's an under-utilized resource in Hollywood, and a cultural touchstone. Just saw him in that Youtube video LET IT BE and wondered why such a decent guy wasn't working more.

Met and talked to him a bit as well. Got mucho respect, it all didnt go to his head. Definitely good people. Am still insulted by all the hate for him on these message boards.

Celebrities and pro athletes do it all the time. Sometimes, they'll either do that or make you buy some DVD or book to have them sign. It's not right but they all do it.
