I think she wanted him to choose Suri over the Church. Yes, it's delusional but not unrealistic to think he would choose his own flesh and blood over COS. I don't think Katie realizes that once you are labeled an SP you're as good as dead to a COS member. -

Yes, definitely. It's unknown if she was ever
officially
declared a suppressive person, but she is surely considered one by Cruise and the top people in the church.
She's never said anything publicly to defame Scientology, but she got full custody of Tom Cruise's only biological child without much of a fight, and has managed to keep him and the church completely out of her life.
To pull that off, she must threatened them with something big, whether it was dirt or just going on every show and being their worst PR nightmare. Whatever it was, she's an enemy for life.
