No. I was only like five or six. There is this sort of country-adjacent comedic singer in the US named Ray Stevens and my grandpa had a VHS tape with all of his music videos on it, including this one:

Apparently I, as a small kid, thought it was hilarious and got it into my head that I would try to replicate the video the next time I was in public, which just so happened to be at church
