His attorney has proof that R. KEKelly only has a 69 IQ.
If that's true, they have to throw out the conviction.
While 69 might be his favorite number it indicates one of two things.
Either Mr. Kelly has the mind of an 9 year old or a mentally retarded Adult. And in Either case the conviction would have to thrown out.
The only poster who had his account banned 4 times without ever breaking any rules each of those times.
