What happend to Costas? I just watched a newer episode on TNT where Andy is living with another detective. I stopped watching the show a long time ago, but started watching some newer episodes on TNT and was wondering what has happened to some of the characters I was familiar with. I think I stopped sometime during Rick Schroeder's first season. If you want to give me summaries on some other characters exoda feel free.

Andy Sipowicz's son- Shot and killed
Andy Sipowicz's partner Bobby- Died of heart failure
Andy Sipowicz's next partner Danny- Disappeared one night and was found murdered months later. -

The positive note from NYPD Blue is when it became the "Andy Sipowicz" show.
The original intention was for NYPD Blue to be a Caruso star vehicle.
