I'm Welsh and live in Cardiff and I must say Welsh it's the worst and most pointless language ever, BELIEVE ME.

its pronounced as sort of clew elin wioth emphasis on the cl. its hard to describe but thats how its pronounced, its not lou ellen or loo ellen or any other way english people decide they like to pronounce it, its a welsh name and thats how its pronounced, end of.

If it's the same as Robert Llewelyn from Red Dwarf then it's pronounced Loo-el-inn (have met Robert and asked him). I would guess at that. If it's like Llandudno then it's kind of an "H" sound at the beginning like you're about to clear your throwt Hhlewelynsomeone said it could be like Clewelyn which its similar in sound too I guess/
