7 years ago today we lost the beautiful Actress, Brittany Murphy. I wish she was still here with us.

Having been on vacation at the time, I remember that day all too vividly.:(
A friend of mine met Brittany in 1999 when she was filming some of "Riding In Cars With Boys" in my friend's neighborhood. I haven't forgotten her gushing to me about how nice and friendly Brittany was, most notably with the fact that when Brittany's manager/bodyguard/whoever tried to tell the neighborhood kids to back away and no autographs, Brittany apparently, according to my friend, told him "no I promised them I would," and proceeded to chat and sign autographs for all who wanted them.:) I wish I could have met her, too. But it'll always be a nice picture in my mind of her.

I remember right after Brittany died there were stories like that posted on here and other sites. Great to see again. It's also good that there is a video record of how she was with fans

That's a lovely story about Brittany, meowqueen
