She's listed as Brandy Beechwood (uncredited), but the Beechwoods are Caucasian for one, and also all their family are accounted for and credited in the film:
Henry - Dad/Bronco coach
Edna - Mom
Bunny - Youngest daughter
Becky - Oldest daughter
Bobby - Son

I vaguely remember this movie and her role was a cameo I think she played the neighbour's daughter or friend of one of the Beechwood kids. Something like that.
