The final concert if it actually happens is going to be so depressing. I'm not a big Ozzy fan anyways but say this was a singer of a band I absolutely loved I don't think I would want to see them performing like that.

          Mr Crawley
What went on in your head?
          Oh, Mr. Crawley
Do you walk like you’re dead?
          Mr. Crawley
Won't you ride my white horse?
          Mr. Crawley
          It's symbolic, of course

Very sad. Dude's a legend and an amazing frontman. Black Sabbath created some of the greatest rock music ever made. Hell, they spawned an entire genre.

Ozzy will always be a legend, and nothing can take away from that. I saw Ozzy in concert once (but I don't remember much of the experience).

Cool. I wish I had gotten the chance to see Sabbath (or solo Ozzy) in their heyday or even in their later years. Dio, too. I went to plenty of thrash metal shows back in the 80s but most of those shows were forgettable.
I saw Danzig play at The Channel in Boston in the summer of '89 and that was a
                      very memorable
experience. The band was in top form with its original line-up, and they even played some Misfits and Samhain material towards the end of the show. The audience was a nice mix of punk and metal kids.

Yep! Seen Danzig as well. Went backstage as my boyfriend at the time knew him. He is definitely memorable as were the concerts. I agree! I think that Black Sabbath had broken up by the time I was going to concerts (officially, anyway, as when I was younger, my step-aunt dated a member of Aerosmith, so I got snuck into the concert at an entirely inappropriate age!) so, I saw Ozzy when he was
                        just Ozzy.
The seats were mid, but my biggest takeaway was the next day: don't mix your alcohols!

                        Nice! This sounds wicked!
