Leann doesn't have a family. And she can't get pregnant because Eddie famously had the snip - Vasectomy. And it is not easy to reverse.

@Gypsy - that's what I thought, too, that there is a medical reason that LeeAnn hasn't gotten pregnant. Especially since she is always bragging how much sex they have. She has said many times that she wants her own kids. Something is wrong with the plumbing!
