LOL. OMG Yes! I was sitting there last night and watching her thinking, I know her from somewhere but I just can't think where. So I looked at her profile too, but still havent come up with anything! And then i sat and just listened to her trying to just listen to her speak. and immediately came to mind was the Everybody Loves Raymond mum! She has a VERY similar voice too her. But like you, im stumpt!

I always thought she looks like Conchetta Ferrell who has had a long career
since "Maude" all the way to "two and a half men". Look her up and see if
she doesn't look familiar.

This is too funny! I came on here to see if she was related to the Marie on Everybody Loves Raymond.

She reminds me of a larger red headed version of Doris Roberts (grandma in everybody loves raymond) they have very similar voices too

When she was younger, back in the 70's when she was on "Phyllis" and "All In The Family", she was often compared (in appearance) to actress Julie Kavner, who played Rhoda's sister Brenda on the TV show "Rhoda" which aired at the same time. To this day, while watching "Gilmore Girls", I still associate her with Kavner.

Are you kidding? She doesn't look anything like the mother from Everybody Loves Raymond. For one thing, she's clearly Latina. And, when she was young and several hundred pounds lighter, she was smoking hot.
