This bloke is a great fighter and decent actor and I can't believe he hasn't been given a leading role in a mainstream action film. Sad that he had to get by making generally bad, low budget, shoddy action films. Give the guy a break!!!

Haven't seen Dr Strange yet - but everyone billed above him is a bit of a thesp or has a pretty impressive resume - so his names on the poster which is great. It would be a pity if he was just a henchman though but it seems to be a decent gig. But yes - one takes the point that it would just need one decent, defining role - and importantly one that might have been seen be the wider public that could take him on a bit like Transporter did for Jason Statham.
Perhaps Batman might have been a bit too wild of a wild card, but the very fact he was at least considered, is a positive thing indeed.
Adkins for Bond? Would be great fun, but Daniel Craig had a lot more chance to demonstrate the dramatic chops before he got that gig.

I don't think he is trying to be an A Lister,he is doing is martial arts films and also doing some character acting on the side
