That's the thing though. He loves doing action movies. So he sees no reason to branch out.
There is, unseen by most, an underworlda place that is just as real, but not as brightly lit

I agree that while I do like Scott, the acting in most of his movies isn't very good. BUT that's because pretty much all his movies (with the exception of Expedables 2) were low budget action flicks.
