Yes, 95 was surprising. Also the fact he was the husband of the tragic photographer Diane Arbus who committed suicide. I never connected the name with him as I had not known they had been married.

I had no idea he was that old when he was with MASH. 95, wow, definitely a rich full life.

This man was one of my all time favorites. I just knew one day soon we would read this. RIP, Mr. Arbus. Thank you so much for the hours of entertainment you provided us. I will never forget you.

He lived to be a good age and my word, in that final episode of MASH, I would not have believed he was 65 at the time!
                  Its that man again!!

My thoughts are with his family, I do hope Comedy Central pay tribute to Mr Arbus, he was and still is my favourite on MASH.
I'm playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order!

Rest In Peace and God Bless Mr. Arbus. Thanks for the great acting over the years. We'll miss you. I can't believe you were about as old as my grandma.

Only just found out he'd died! 😞 Favourite guest star/recurring character on MASH by a country mile. Loved this actor and Sidney Freedman was a brilliant character. The only other thing I can remember seeing him in is that one episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm, which I liked very much too. RIP.
