Does anyone know if Tom Atkins was originally slated to play Jameson Parker's role in Prince of Darkess? Seems that Parker was channelling him with his stache!

He could've been, I would've loved to have seen Atkins in that role but Parker was perfect. I wished that Atkins was in the film though, I think he would've had some great one-liners alongside Dennis Dun.
