It isn't missing. Several appearances as "Happy Doug" are listed.

I seem to remember that the name "Happy Doug" was suggested (as a rather tongue in cheek comment about Dour Doug) by a friend you had on Prodigy back in the days of the infancy of the internet.
Originally the character was just "Doug" or "Doug, The Bartender" yes ?
Favorite scene is where Doug is offering Harry a job and Harry just does NOT understand.

He was referred to as Happy Doug on the show and on the set, but there was, as I recall, no written credit on the show except my real name.
