My grandmother did on Xmas Eve. You prefer the Creole or Cajun style? I love tomatoes, but not in my jambalaya or gumbo.

Yeah, that's the kind I don't like as much. It's not bad, but the tomato just takes over the flavor profile. I'd rather just have shrimp creole at that point, where the tomato should shine.
