One of the most amazing moments of my life.
Saw him at Awesome Con in DC and the line to meet him was super short.
He gave me a great hug, took a photo with me and autographed a photo. $40 incredibly well spent.
Mind you, this was no flimsy hug. He came in close, even though I was a guy, and gave me a deep and long hug. Swoon! -

I was very surprised that he was only charging $40 for an autograph and that a photo was included in the price. His sign also said "Free Hugs" and it was not a lie.
Met him at Comicpalooza this past weekend.
I will say, he didn't seem as friendly as Clare Kramer, George Hertzberg or James Marsters. I'd say he was on par with James C. Leary. -

I've been met him a few times. He's always been very nice and really cool. He comes off as a huge fan of btvs. He was always so detailed talking about it. I remember him taking about The Pack for like 15 mins. He loves that episode. He's just a blast to be around. It's just cool he was a fan of the show and didn't do it, just for a paycheck.

Sorry but I find it crazy that you think that this bum charging 40 bucks for an autograph is cheap. His autograph will never be worth a nickel it's not like he has won a few Oscars or that he is even an A list actor. I wouldn't want his autograph for free but that's me. For people that do like him as yourself I would still think 20 bucks would be more like it. If people are willing to pay $40.00 than I guess I can't blame him for asking that much. If it was worth it to you is all that matters I guess. I just think he was overcharging. Another comment said his line was very short. He probably could have made more money charging less.
