Monopole is viciously smart. You might not agree with all he says, but I’ve seen him destroy so many magats, religious nutters and mouthbreeders it’s amazing.

Disagree. He's well written, but when tested on the practicalities of implementing his communist ideology he falls apart.
I've also just gotten tired of going around the same wagon with him. He's a critic, who offers no actual solutions other than some psudo global commune where everyone just gets along and nobody ambitious exists.
He's also unnecessarily rude, humorless, and lacks any kind of personality, which means it's not even an enjoyable conversation.
Look at the discussions we have. Look at the Corwin or Bentley discussions I've had lately. We disagree, but we do it amicably, with humor, and concessions are offered where they're due. Bentley can be pompous, but the humor makes it fun.
You get none of that with Magnetic, which is a shame.

I agree that hes completely humorless, but thats also coupled with his complete lack of sympathy or empathy for his adversaries.
hes just gives zero ****s and argues like hes absolutely fed up with everyone. Which i happen to enjoy, hes 100% steadfast and unwavering.
But i cant say id have a beer with the chap. But i def would with you and some of the others mentioned before

Well, I don't block him, but I don't feel he deserves my time, so he barely ever receives a reply from me. More often than not I don't even read what he says.

just cos you didnt like the outcome, doesnt mean he lost.
i havent seen him around in a while, and i havent been here that much in last couple of years, save for recently so i cant speak for that.
