I don't know, in "Entertainment Magazine", there was a group photo of the cast that was fairly recent and it stated how Darren is "Half Native-American". Go figure

Not that imdb is without errors, but for what it's worth, his father's imdb trivia page says Darren's father (Billy Drago)'s "ethnic background includes Apache Indian and Romanian Gypsy" it doesn't mention anything about percentages or who each was from, though Drago sounds eastern European, so I'm guessing the romani part is from his mother (Darren's grandmother).
Update: Nativecelebs.com has them both listed - Billy Drago as "(Apache)", and Darren as "(Apache ancestry)".
