Seriously. Something besides politics. I have no one to blame but myself, but I've been sucked into the Politics board here on IMDb and aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!! It's addictive and infuriating all at the same time.
I have de-cluttered and deep cleaned my entire house, gone to visit friends, went to a tea party (the real kind, not the weird political kind), have book club (tonight actually, better get off my butt), went to a family reunion, the beach a few times, have worked hard cleaning up the tack room and barn, kept the &*@#$%! grass mowed (every three days!) and my truck is serviced and spotless.
So. Naturally. I feel no guilt in spending hours on the Politics board arguing with IDIOTS! LOL!
I do take time out to eat meals and Netflix a few episodes of Keeping Up Appearances every day. How I love Hyacinth!
What's Gerry up to? Any good? What's the next movie coming out? -

SiriusGrande,
Glad you are well
HHC is slated unknown at this time- last releasing schedule I saw showed TBA
With it screening at TIFF, it might have a shot at opening Nov/Dec but who knows. Sometimes films recieve a lot of buzz at film festivals onl1c84y to go nowhere among the general populous!
Hunter Killer is currently lensing in London w/release date listed as 2017
Geostorm like so many other films caught in limbo when production heads get fired/move on and the next regime wants to put their mark on the product. After 2 previous moves, it's now scheduled for Oct 2017! So it's possible we will have seen both HHC and HK before Geostorm!
haven't noticed anything in the trades for any upcoming projects he is attached to or developing

HHC looks like it could be a good change, a dramatic role.
I hope its good.
Film Festivals are quirky. A movie do well and still get little distribution.
As for politics. I know what you're saying, Gretchen
So here is an off topic first look at Jacob Tremblay as Auggie Pullman in Wonder:

Politics board is a frightening place.
It's better when the "Ignore" button is utilized, LOL. I think I have about 10 people on my ignore list now, and that makes it easier to wade through the foolishness to get to the real discussions.
After all, I single-handedly destroyed Gerard Butler by posting on his IMDb message board. I'm hoping I can do the same to Donald Trump.
I got the book The Nightingale at book club the other night. Has anyone read it? I've heard great things. -

My favorite is Dear Frankie. I also like Mrs. Brown, and I suspect I'd really like RockNRolla if I'd ever actually watch it.
Oh, and Phantom of the Opera of course. That's the one that started it all for me.
And I really must see the How to Train Your Dragon movies. Pretty sure I'd like those.
I tried to watch Coriolanus and couldn't get far. I don't think I was in the mood. I'll give it another go eventually. -

I've only seen: Dear Frankie, Playing For Keeps, The Ugly Truth, P.S. I Love You, Law Abiding Citizen, The Bounty Hunter, and Olympus Has Fallen. So far Dear Frankie is my favorite GB performance. I'm on the waiting list for 300 and London Has Fallen at the library.
Can anyone recommend any must-see GB films I've missed?
Also, how much screentime does he have in the 2nd Lara Croft film? Because he'd be my only reason to watch it. I saw him in a film clip and he looked
quite
yummy. So yeah, it would be all about the eye-candy with that one! -

He has a lot of screen time in the Lara Croft film. He pretty much co-stars with AJ.
I'd recommend The Jury, Coriolanus, Rock N Rolla, Machine Gun Preacher and of course Phantom of the Opera.
