Sorry to tell you but he's a total jerk! Very self centered and he wouldn't give you the time of day if you went up to talk to him!
Maybe he was having a bad day? Imagine if you were having a bad day and some annoying person came up to you? Would you be nice?
Famous people are allowed to have bad days.
Or maybe he really is a jerk. I don't know. Maybe you are too? -

I met him after his show at the Chicago Theater in 2015, he was genuinely nice, polite, and humble. I kept my interaction brief because I was nervous and didn't want to bother him, but I had to say something because he's one of my idols. I just said "Hey Louis, we loved your show. You're a huge inspiration to me in pursuing comedy." And he said "Thank you! Good luck!" And I smiled and left. Super pleasant interaction.

Well, it's nice to read one nice thing about him. People on his board say so much negative beep on him, and I find it hard to believe. He seems cool.

There's a lot of self entitled people in this world that seem to think that being a celebrity means you automatically owe people autographs, photos or public conversations.

I agree. I've met several of the people in entertainment that i've looked up to at some point in my life. The thing that most don't consider or realized is that they ARE just people. I understand that people have a strong urge to stay something, but I've made sure to always limit it to how much I am grateful for the work they do and what it has meant to me. I feel that is what it should be because whatever conversation you have it is not going to lead to a friendship. Say your peace, be honest, and then move on. If you don't. you run the risk of finding out the person you admire is a total a**hole.
