Does She Only Do Bit Parts?

I have seen this lady in many roles (on tv) but she has only done bit parts that I can tell and I only have seen her in shows that were sent over the Pond from England to America. I think she's really great. Especially as "Mrs. Tishell." I thought it was hilarious when she unexpectedly planted a big, juicy kiss on "Doc Martin" as he was about to leave town! My how she loves that man!
Does she ever do leads?

I wouldn't call the roles she plays "bit parts", they're really supporting roles.d Everything I've seen her in has her in quite a few scenes.
She really is a good actress and an accomplished scene stealer.
