They look the same! When I was watching The Roommate, I went on to IMDb to see if she was the same girl who played Gretchen on Two and a Half Men. Turned out to be Minka (The Roommate) and Erinn (TAAHM). Definitely look very similar.

Watching Two and Half men right now and she's on it. Fooled me although I was thinking that her voice is different from Minka, as hers is a bit higher.
