thanks! lol i definitely am a lot better since i broke off contact. i shoulda done that a lot earlier honestly but i was still trying to be a good daughter for so long. but no more guilt tripping.

Nice. I'm lucky enough to have a good relationship with my parents, but not all of my friends are and I too have had some relationships where finally breaking contact was like a giant weight lifted off my shoulders lol I try my best to keep toxic people out of my orbit these days.
