    So how is this gonna work a live action lion king ? It'll just be CGI animals wondering around a CGI set of a real jungle unless they film on location so really it's just a different style of animmation
    There's no humans in lion king so it'll be basically the jungle book with the mowgli

      That would be the easiest to cast since most of the original voices are alive! But if he wants a new voice cast he'll probably go with:
      Idris Elba: Mufasa (Maybe Jason Momoa would be cool since he said he would love to be Mufasa!)
      Lupita N'yongo: Sarabi or Nala
      Benedict Cumberbatch: Scar
      Jonathan Taylor Thomas: Adult Simba (It would be great if he comes back but as his own character as an adult!)

        The best move would be film as many real time locations as possible. But yeah it'll definitely have the same feel as Jungle Book times a thousand.

          I wonder a little about the buffalo scene, 'cause the one in the Jungle Book already reminded me a lot from the one in the Lion King film.
