just came back from Hostel II..i thought she looked like jessica biel and mila. EDIT: Just noticed that she was in A Walk to RememberI thought her character was played by Amy Smart. So she looks like a mix of all three chicks.

In a walk to remember I saw a younger Milla Jovovich.
But in Hostel II, she looks like a mix of Milla and Sienna Guillory from Resident Evil 2.

I completely agree. I thought she looked exactly like Amy Smart in Hostel. In fact, I thought it might actually BE her for most of the movie in the back of my mind.

I just watched Hostel-2 and I was stricken how much she resembled Liv Tyler. At some moments in the movie, her eyes reminded me much of Jodie Foster's! Anybody noticed that? And yeah, sometimes she looked like Mila Jovovich too. That's what I thought too, and that's amazing!
