Not given credit for THE LOST ROOM

Help me out people. I just ordered THE LOST ROOM. It was on a couple of years ago on Sci Fi channel and I believe he played the owner of THE COMB. I was curious why he was not given credit for that role. I checked the dvd and the character he played isn't even on there so that may explain it. It was a large speaking part which is kinda weird.
