Only way I buy her being born in 75 is if she had a Lindsay Lohan style druggie phase that aged her WAY prematurely. She looks closer to my mom (born in the 40's) in age than to me (born in the 70's).
But the simpler solution is that the 1975 year given is just flat out wrong. So imma go with that.

She's clearly full grown, if not completely filled out in that movie. There's no way she's 11 in that.
