Yes and also tough and brave. I remember her appearing on Quincy ME after cancer treatments, that was very rare at the time. At least to me it was. Seeing someone I had loved as a child on TV who was so beautiful and now so thin and wearing a wig. I loved her even more.
Of course as time would go by, I would see this up close and personal. Brave people moving forward despite unwinnable fights. M
