If black artists who aren't Caribbean incorporate the musical style and lingo in their songs (see: "Hold Up" and "Controlla" as examples), is that cultural appropriation?

I guess no, the blacks that speak about cultural appropriation just want a reason to bitch at white people, it's ok for a black to use or do something created by caucasians, but a caucasian can't rap or use conrows that he/she is bashed, they're f-cking hypocrites and there's racism in themselves, Beyonce bashed because her "skin is too light", J Lopez faced similar criticism from latinos, so did Xtina, it's time for them to stop playing victim and see that others suffer prejudice too, when will they speak about FGM? When will they speak of the homophobia in African countries? They only bring what makes them victims not what makes them agressors, cause they only want to be seen as good, they can't see that the world is not just black and white, there's rotten eggs in every group and they don't want to face it, i wish blacks were more like Barack and Beyonce because they actually brought up other issues including issues that don't affect them like LGBT rights.

You're seriously the biggest dumbass on this board. Read a f_ucking book.
Anyway OP no it's not, since Caribbean culture is apart of black culture.
