Not the best Bond, but infinitely more enjoyable than…

For me Lazenby was the worst bond he did ruin the movie, if Connery was in it he would of been fantastic, Diana Rigg was a great bond girl and telly savalas was a great baddy pitty the bond was lazenby
1.Sean Connery (Best Bond)
2.Roger Moore (Did The Best Films)
3.Pierce Brosnan (Goldeneye was Gr2000eat)
4.Daniel Craig (Still new to the role but needs more films to be judged)
5.Timothy Dalton (Was a good bond, just poor films)
6.George Lazenby (Only did 1 and you can see why, My dad went the pics to see all the original bonds and he was very disapointed with OHMSS especially Lazenby. -

- Connery (I echo what everyon238e's already said)
- Brosnan (I liked him, except he didn't seem tough enough)
- Lazenby (a believable fighter with class)
- Dalton (badass, but not elegance)
- Moore (nothing too good to say but at least he's not)
- Craig (who thinks he's Bourne. Seriously, when would Bond EVER say "The whole world knows you scratched my balls!" Can you think of any of these other guys saying that? No. The reason? They had class. This guy doesn't).

I think that Lazenby receives an undeserved bad rap because of OHMSS. The entire movie was dull, unengaging, and dreary. The plot was ridiculous, the locales boring, and the dialogue I would not wish on anyone.
OHMSS is one of the very best Bond films despite your personal hatred of it.

I happen to find OHMSS my favorite Bond film. George was as good a Bond as any. I don't feel sorry nor do I pity him. Of all Bonds, he is the most enigmatic because of his turning out only one film that is the best of all of them. Here's to you sir!

my god if there gonna keep him going for a few more films, sombody please buy him a comb, his hair is bugging the beep out of me, bond is not suppose to have messy hair like that.
What kind of dumb argument is this. You don't like him because his hair is messy. Ah yeah because Bond is gonna be looking great when "he has to fight people, and avoid being killed all day". That kind of stupidity in movies might have been alright in the 60s, 70s, and early 80s. But its just ridiculous in today's world.
Next time you wanna be a troll. Do it with some skill and some form of thinking. This attempt was just flat out pathetic.
And everyone here knows that the real reason people like Craig. Is because he made Bond tough again. After four straight movies of seeing Brosnan smile like an idiot and make Bond look like a total wimp.
It had nothing to do with the book. Dalton already brought that Bond to the world with his portrayal. Brosnan ruined that work with his portrayal of Bond. Craig brought it back. -

Bond is not about being tough, its the package, hip, smart, suave, debonair. the last thing Craig is is debonair and suave, he looks like a brute in a tuxedo. Brosnan had the perfect look just not the acting chops.
The sooner Craig is dispensed with in this role the better

Exactly. And to call this plot ridiculous, which arguably has one of the more believable plots as far as Bond movies are concerned, is in fact ridiculous. -

I consider all Bond films watchable. At the same time, though, George comes across as a little stilted to me in many scenes. Then again, I'd be wlling to have seen him try it again with some refining after OHMSS. Brosnan is my personal fave in the previous continuity, and Craig is an entirely different/more plausible Bond world, so it doesn't work to compare him to the previous Bonds.

Sometimes this happens everything is written to be a masterpiece, production are ready, casting is done, suddenly on everyday the shots never combine well enough to make a good film.
bits are unbelievable, backgrounds are clearly sets, music does not fit, action too fast (but George was the most best actor to date in fighting, Daniel Craig second), the worst bit was the film gave a dreary headache feel, sound editing was weird, George proved at the screen where Diana Rigg dies he can really act, but the production crew fell short. -
